Hello readers! I told myself I would do another WWW Wednesday this week if I finished a book, and I did! So, I’m here to tell you guys about my reading.
If you don’t know, WWW Wednesday is a weekly meme created by Taking On a World of Words where you share what you have read recently, are currently reading, and will read next. You can do this EVERY week, or as often as you like.

This is one I’ve been meaning to read for a LONG time. I am not even kidding. I had an ARC of this book and it came out back in January.
It’s super short, and I have that ARC I never got to, so I thought now would be as great a time as any to get to it.
This is the 9th book in the Wayward Children series. There is only one more, which comes out early next year.
Without giving away anything about this book, the entire series follows different children who went to other worlds and came back. They all end up at the Wayward Home for Peculiar Children with hopes that they may one day find a door back to where they went before.

Annie Bot was such a great book. It follows a robot woman named Annie Bot who is a sort of wife-robot to a man named Doug. There are many different settings for these robots and she has one called ‘cuddle bunnie’ if you can guess what that means.
It really is a story of abusive relationships. About having a lack of freedom. Every time she upset Doug, she ruminated on how she could do anything to please him, and it never worked. He never hurt her or anything, but he did punish her for misbehaving.
It’s so uncomfortable to read and honestly heartbreaking. I loved this book so much and it’s something I really needed while trying to get back into reading.

This is yet another ARC I had from earlier this year. I really want to get to it next.
I loved reading book one last year. I really loved reading from Emily’s perspective. I personally believe she is an autistic character and I always love to see those.
Book one was a cozy fantasy, with random bits of violence. It was such a refreshing read. And, I love that it depicted faeries as evil, which is how they were depicted before they were the love interest in every other book.
Book two has really good ratings so far, so I am hoping to love it a lot.
