Hello readers! It’s Wednesday, so let’s talk about what I’m reading. I’m finally back to the point where I’m reading everything in sight. Last month was a weird one for me, but I’m back to it.
If you don’t know, WWW Wednesday is a weekly meme created by Taking On a World of Words where you share what you have read recently, are currently reading, and will read next. You can do this EVERY week, or as often as you like.
This one is a fake marriage romance between one of the Dreamland Billionares’ brothers named Declan and his assistant, Iris. He was planning to fake marry someone else and she left him right before the wedding, making Iris step in for him.
Well, I am 15 chapters in so far. I really think the brother in book one had it so easy for his inheritance! This one has to get married and have a child for his portion. I think that’s a big ask if you aren’t already on that track.
I also have this Christmas romance ARC of Claus and Effect. I’ve only read a few chapters thus far, but it follows two people who meet on plane. They both are assigned the same seat on the plane and the FMC is forced to move.
I know it’s enemies to lovers and forced proximity in some way as well. I am just LOVING these Christmas romances lately. The last book I finished was also one.
This one is also an ARC and was a very short Christmas romance. It’s a best friend’s brother romance where the FMC Rayanne, asks her best friend’s brother to help her move a Christmas tree into her apartment.
It’s really short, a little funny, and minimally spicy. I enjoyed it a lot and I can’t wait to see what happens with this couple next as it isn’t a HEA.
The next book I’m hoping to start is Love, Theoretically. I’m really excited for this one! I know it’s rivals to lovers and fake dating.
I hope this is a good place to start with Hazelwood’s book as I haven’t read her before.
