WWW Wednesday

Hello readers! It’s time for another reading update. I didn’t finish the book I was reading this past week, but I did start a new one. I thought I was enjoying Black Water Sister, but once I put it down, nothing was pulling me back to the story.

What are you reading?

I am about 100 pages from the end of The Last Olympian. I really like how this story has progressed over the course of reading it.

As Percy ages, so does the story. The Last Olympian is very YA. He is 16 by the end of the series and has grown so much.

I’m really excited to move on to the next series and also get to the Heroes of Olympus. That series doesn’t follow him, but he is featured in it. It doesn’t follow one person, but many different characters.

What Did You Read Last?
Cover of Battle of the Labyrinth Rick Riordan

Battle of the Labyrinth is the 4th book in the Percy Jackson series. I really enjoyed this one, even though I look at my old review and I didn’t like it before.

Sure, it’s unserious at times. But I still really enjoy the series overall.

What will you read next?
Cover of Red Pyramid, Kane Chronicles, Rick Riordan

Red Pyramid follows siblings Carter and Sadie. Their dad gets banished into some sort of object and releases an ancient Egpytian being.

I know there are no overlap of characters, but it is in the same world as Percy Jackson and therefore, I’m really excited to get to this series next.

Happy blogging and bookish adventures! 📚🦒✨
