Life update:

This week I’ve been getting back into Booktok. I just wrapped up my 2nd week of college, so I thought I could try and get back into that next.

Unfortunately, the orange man won the election. So, a lot of people are scared right now. I don’t understand how more than half of America did this. Let’s just all hope we can make it through the next 4 years unscathed.

I have lost and gained a lot of new followers because of Trump this week. It’s going to be insane.

I’ve also been working Blogmas! I am so excited to try and do Blogmas again. It took me until 2023 to properly do it every single day. It takes so much effort, but it’s honestly so worth it.

On Monday I am planning a Down the TBR Hole post and I am hoping to do some sort of tag on Thursday, but I haven’t planned what tag it’ll be just yet.

I’m hoping to start posting 2 or 3 times a week again as long as I’m able and have the inspiration for it.

Reading Update:

I finished the last book I was reading and now I’m 50% into Interstellar Megachef. As soon as I saw this title, I knew I had to try it out. It only has 60 ratings on Goodreads!

Anyhow, so it follows two different people. One is a human named Saras who wants to win this cooking competition on the new planet she just moved to. What she didn’t prepare for is xenophobic discrimination.

The other one is Serenity Ko. She has an idea for a new product she wants to develop that involves food, but she actually doesn’t know anything about cooking.

What I’ve Watched:

This week I watched a show called Stay Close. I’ve been making my way through the Harlan Coben collection. I haven’t read any of his books, but I watched Fool Me Once a few weeks ago and I really liked it.

These shows are really good. I actually started a new one today called The Stranger. They are all these mysteries full of secrets. Maybe I’ll get around to reading one of his books one day.

I am so bad at guessing mysteries! I can always get half way there, but not all the way.
