Hello readers! It’s Wednesday and I’m extremely behind on my reading. How is everyone else doing? I have an ARC that comes out tomorrow that I need to get done today along with a ton of other books for that GCA post and my book club as well.
If you don’t know, WWW Wednesday is a weekly meme created by Taking On a World of Words where you share what you have read recently, are currently reading, and will read next. You can do this EVERY week, or as often as you like.
This one is an ARC that comes out tomorrow. I am hoping to finish it today. I have half the book left, but it isn’t too bad.
I really enjoy this book!
It follows a Prince who suffers an injury and a witch who lives in the haunted forest that takes care of him. She doesn’t really understand her powers and can’t seek out help as being a witch is frowned up and can get you killed.
It starts off slow at first, but has a good pace and picks up later. I cannot wait to see what happens with these characters.
Yours Truly is the sequel to Part of Your World, which I have not read. However, I looked on Goodreads and it can be read out of order.
It follows a woman who is looking forward to her promotion to chief when a new doctor, who everyone calls doctor death, transfers to her hospital and threatens the promotion.
I think it’s okay so far. I’m 10 chapters in and just waiting for something to happen at this point.
Eden in Sunder is a spicy romance following Lillith and takes place in Eden. Maybe don’t read it if you are super religious, but it is really amazing.
It’s also a novella that goes along with her series called Arkyn. This is the story of the creation of Arkyn, but I haven’t read that series just yet.
This was an amazing book and I’m just waiting to see what happens next for Arkyn and the characters within.
I finally got Fourth Wing and am now going to start it for my book club. I don’t reread often, but I’m excited for this one.
Did y’all hear book three isn’t planned until December 2024? I don’t know why they pushed book two to come out so soon only for that giant gap. I wish they would’ve spaced that a bit better.
Either way, I’m starting my reread VERY soon.
