Hello readers! We are back with a WWW Wednesday. I have been reading more this month than I have all year. I’ve also been reading multiple books at a time. I’ve been aiming for 3 at a time, which I haven’t really done before.
If you don’t know, WWW Wednesday is a weekly meme created by Taking On a World of Words where you share what you have read recently, are currently reading, and will read next. You can do this EVERY week, or as often as you like.

Bound by Treason is a book in the Starry Kingdoms of the Fae series, which are all by different authors. I read another book in the series this month as an ARC and wanted to go back and try the rest.
This book is VERY different from Bound by Honey. We start out with a queen whose third child has just died within the span of a year. They don’t know what happened to this one, but they think it’s a murder.
I actually am enjoying it, though. I like how different in tone it has been from the previous one I read. My only hangup is that I know it’s a bodyguard romance, which means there might be cheating. However, the King in this book is kind of the worst. I don’t think the King and Queen are actually together because of love.

Family Lore is Acevedo’s newest book. I do consider her to be one of my favorite authors. However… I am 35% through this audiobook and it’s different. There are a lot of different POVs, which are hard to tell apart. Maybe, if this audiobook had multiple narrators it would help? I’m not sure, but I’m a bit lost.
This one character having a magic vagina was a weird add on and we kind of focus on it a lot. IDK, I’m not sure if I’m gonna love this one. I saw online that many people do not like the audiobook, so I might be putting the ebook on hold and sitting this aside until I get it.

Space For Love follows Fina, a human woman who has moved to this alien planet with many different kinds of aliens. The love interest is this demon-looking alien. He actually hides his appearance and she doesn’t know his real identity.
This is such a good book so far! I’m over 10 chapters in so far and enjoying it a lot. I love how many different kinds of aliens there are and everyone’s interactions. Also, our MC is plus size! I will never say no to a romance with a plus size MC.

I just finished this one before writing this post. Buried Roots follows a woman named Willow who inherits this giant property and home from these random people. So, we follow her trying to figure out her past. She was adopted and doesn’t remember her birth parents.
I just wanted more mystery from this book. We focused so much on the romance that the mystery was kind of lost. The actual mystery of the book was left to the last 3 or so chapters of the book. It was too rushed and blown over, in my opinion.
The romance aspect would’ve been better if it were less. I’ve read books like this before that have the cozy mystery aspects and there’s a romances in the background, but the romance doesn’t overshadow the whole dang book.

I think I’m ready to reread Throne of Glass finally. I now have a new copy and I’m going to read it physically. Last time I listened to the audio of it. I am going to keep riding this train of physically reading books while I still can.
Should I be reading ACOSF instead? Sure! However, I am going for Throne of Glass first for some reason. I’m excited because I don’t really remember much about it.
