Hello readers! It’s time for a WWW Wednesday post. I didn’t want to do any of these while I was working on my Reading the Book Communities Best of 2023 (so far) post, so it’s been a while.

If you don’t know, WWW Wednesday is a weekly meme created by Taking On a World of Words where you share what you have read recently, are currently reading, and will read next. You can do this EVERY week, or as often as you like.

Tress, living a simple life on an island, embarks on a perilous journey across treacherous seas to find the Sorceress of the Midnight Sea, leaving behind her familiar life and facing pirates and deadly waters.

I’m currently 9 chapters into Tress of the Emerald Sea. I’m really enjoying it so far! I found someone on Booktok to buddy read it with, which is going to be fun.

This is the 3rd book in the Mind F series. I read both books 2 and 3 yesterday. It’s a thriller romance, dual POV following a female serial killer and an FBI profiler. It’s smutty and full of revenge.

I will warn anyone considering reading this that it’s quite violent and has a lot of trigger warnings. It centers many victims of different terrible crimes.

I’m hoping to finish this series soon. The books are like 100-150 pages, so it’s quick to get through them. I honestly wish it was just one long book.
