Hello readers! Today’s topic centers rereads, which you guys know I am not a big fan of. However, there are a few books I’ve reread a couple times, so I decided to talk about them here.
If you’ve never heard of Book Blogger Hop, it is hosted by Ramblings of a Coffee Addict. Each week a discussion topic is given and many book bloggers post based on that topic. New topics start on Friday and end the following Thursday. I personally always post my answers on Sundays.

16th – 22nd – What are some of your favorite books to re-read?

First I have to mention my most reread book, A Christmas Carol. I just love this story and everything it stands for.
I believe nearly all people can turn around their behavior and become better people if they really want to.
It’s never too late to turn your life around and become a better person. Sometimes people’s views of the world around them is so small and it takes a lot of effort to really see the world as it is.
I’ll always love this story and will continue to reread it many times.

Incendiary was a book I read in 2015 and really did not like. But something about it called me to reread it in 2019 and I am so glad I did.
I don’t think I really understood this book the first time I read it. It does follow an unlikable woman and she creates her own problems, but it was still a powerful story.
It follows a woman who wasn’t a very good mother or wife who suddenly loses both her husband and son from a terrorist attack and we follow her spiraling out of control with guilt and grief.
I found a lot of value in rereading this book once I could really understand it.

One series I have really been enjoying the reread of is The Night Huntress series. This one has been fun because I am a completely different person while reading it the second time around.
It’s like seeing the story I already loved through new eyes. And this is mostly why I like to wait 5 or more years before rereading books. It is fun to see how I have grown.
This is a vampire romance series following a vampire hunter who is kidnapped by a vampire she was attempting to kill. She then strikes a deal to work together with him.
It’s such a good story. I love a FMC who can take care of herself and is also really fun to follow.
