I’m adding a new section this week and let me know if you guys love it or hate it! I am going to add an area at the bottom where I share a song I am really loving right now. I listen to music almost every single day, so I’d love to share it more with you guys. I really, really loved making that post where I told you my favorite songs that came out in 2024 and that has inspired this new section.

Life Update:
This week I was super productive! I finished a book, started this term of college, and cleaned up around my house. Does anyone else have certain rooms in the house that they are so good at keeping clean and then others that they rarely get around to cleaning? I am so good at keeping the kitchen and my room clean, but nowhere else. I mean, I don’t really use the living room in general.
I was worried about my Microeconomics course because there were a bunch of quizzes and those quizzes are all math related, but it was fine. I was freaking out for nothing. My other course is history. I had to write a paper about an exhibit at a museum. I could’ve done this in person, but it wasn’t in the cards. The weather has been terrible lately.
I mean, I love the snow so much. But it has been stressful this week. My daughter had her first online school day, but it worked itself out. It was fine. I was worried she would have to use live video or something and she didn’t. I don’t know how people did this stuff during COVID in 2020.
She didn’t have school Monday, Tuesday and Friday was cancelled in person, and Wednesday was a 2 hour delay. But, we made it through just fine.
It seems as though TikTok may actually get banned this month. And because of that I am worried for so many people out there. For me, I am worried I won’t be able to do my Wheel of TBR anymore. I’m going to go ahead and film my February one before the ban takes place.
I am worried I won’t be able to edit the video on another platform. I never knew how to insert different clips into a video editor for YouTube. I was so bad at editing when I did YouTube, no lie. I am going to try my best, but if not, I can always do a picture version of it or something? I am not sure exactly what to do with it.
Booktok is my biggest platform. I have nearly 2k followers over there, so that will also be sad to lose. I really never thought this ban would come, but here we are.

Reading Update:
I have diverged from the Wheel of TBR this month in order to read Grounded. I know this one follows a bunch of kids stuck at an airport during a storm. I’ve only read like 2 chapters so far, so I don’t know more than that.
What I Watched:
This week I have continued to watch The Black Swindler. This show is honestly too good for only having one season. I’d like to find something next to watch outside of Netflix.
I honestly wish apps outside of Netflix would capitalize on foreign shows and films more. It’s hard to find them outside of Netflix. Let me know if you know of any on Hulu or Max! I don’t even care what country. I’ve been watching British shows on Netflix along with Japanese and Korean ones, but I’m open to anything.
Music I’m Loving Right Now:
This one came out in 2024 and I really didn’t start listening to it until these last two weeks or so. Honestly, this album was barely promoted and I got into Enhypen after it came out, so I only recently went back and listened to it.
Teeth is a subunit song from Sunoo, Heeseung, Ni-ki, and Jungwon. I don’t know what genre this is, but I want more of it in my life.
I wish I found this song before my best of 2024 post went out. Proxie are a Tpop group that I had heard of before, but never listened to. I LOVE Traffic. It sounds like 2nd gen Kpop to me. It may become a favorite song of all time for me.
