Hello readers! I have a question. Would you still be interested in my GCA romance post if I had to push it back to January? I have been trying to get the books done, but I’m not even half way done yet. The final list is out and I’m really trying to get to these books, but I am also really busy this month. I want to push it back, but I don’t want you guys to lose interest in it.

Life Update:
This month has been so busy. Not only with reading. My reading has been so behind, though. I’ve also been going out and shopping with my family for Christmas. We are pretty much done with shopping at this point.
It’s crazy because my husband and I usually are super behind for Christmas shopping. We always have some sort of financial crisis before Christmas as well. We almost did this year, but it worked out fine.
I’ve also been neck deep in homeschooling for the beginning of the year. I can’t believe my daughter will be leaving elementary school in 2024! I have spent 3 or 4 solid days trying to get everything ready for the 2nd half of 5th grade and have most of it done.
Also, my BIL is getting promoted to a shift manager and my husband is finally on his way to being an assistant manager.
On the Blog Last Week:
Monday – Series I Started in 2023 (part 2)
Tuesday – Top Ten Tuesday: My Favorite Christmas Movies
Wednesday – WWW Wednesday
Thursday – Childhood Book Tag
Friday – Series I’m Quitting

Upcoming This Week:
On Monday, I have a Down the TBR Hole post, Tuesday is 8 POC romances that come out next year, Wednesday is my 2024 reading goals, and Thursday is, of course, a tag. Then, Friday is the last Every Book I Own post of 2023, and Saturday is a post of books I DNF’d this year.
Reading Update:

This is where my problem lies with the GCA post. I am already reading Yours Truly and two other books AND I still have 5 other books to read for the post.
It’s getting to the point where it’s just stressing me out. I want to do the post, but I also have One Billion Reasons, which is an ARC, and my book club books. I also have 3 other books I just want to get to before the end of the year and two center Christmas. It’s all getting to be too much.
So, please let me know if you would still be interested if I move it to early January! I still want to do this post, but don’t want it to be so stressful. Or, I can just tell you guys about the top 6. I only have one other to read for that, which is Romantic Comedy.
I could just push myself and read four books at a time, but I prefer to just have 2 or 3 going at a time as 4 at once is a bit much.
ARCs on My Shelf:

This is a new section! I thought instead of telling you of what books I have from KU and Libby, I can instead update you on ARCs. I don’t have many at the moment. I wanted to take a LARGE break from them this month.
These are the four ARCs sitting on my Kindle that I have yet to read. Emily Wilde’s Map of the Otherlands and Mislaid in Parts Half-Known are January releases and the other two come out in February.
What I Watched:
I have still been watching Hell’s Kitchen. I’m approaching the end of season 11 at the moment.
2024 Plans:
I thought I could give you guys a glimpse into what I’ll be doing in 2024! I should only have two posts left in the Every Book I Own series in 2024 and maybe one more that centers my Kindle books.
Down the TBR Hole is also reaching the end. I’m not sure exactly how many I have left, but it should be within the first 2 or 3 months of the year. I have all my tags picked out until the end of March, so there will be every single Thursday until further notice. The Sunday post is also not going anywhere! I love doing these each week.
I did that post in July where I read the Book Communities best of 2023 so far and I want to do it again in January! I read 5 books for that post and I will probably do the same again.
I’m also planning to do the post in July again. It was super fun to read 5 books that I really wouldn’t have without book bloggers and other community members. For real, I had absolutely no interest in Fourth Wing before that post and now I’m reading it for a second time!
