Hello readers! It’s Sunday again. How has your week gone? Mine has been a little bit busy. If you missed it, I started a book club. I was so nervous to start this thing and I’m excited that anyone was interested in joining.
Life Update:
I have been a bit busy this week rearranging things around the house, mostly. We turned the garage into a ‘man cave’, as my husband likes to call it. We bought one of those fireplace TV stands and set up the Xbox out there.
I go out there for about an hour each night and play Skyrim before my husband comes home from work. He works late, so it’s kind of my time for just me. No animals or children or anyone else.
On Friday, my Mom and I painted the front room and one of our hallways. She picked out this color and doesn’t really love it. But, we haven’t painted that room since living here and it really needed it. It took us about 10 hours to clean, tape off paint, and generally move things around.
And, only one dog ended up touching a wall! That was a win for sure. The cats ended up being put in my room as one walked through paint within 5 minutes of everything and caused little kitty, paint footprints all over the place.

Reading Update:
I am super behind on my reaidng right now. I’m only on chapter 2 of Love Theoretically despite starting it like 3 days ago.
I didn’t read much on Thursday or Friday, so I spent Saturday trying to catch up on an ARC I was reading.
It is crazy because I was super ahead on my reading last week. I was on top of the world finishing books faster than I anticipated and then I slowed down.

What I Watched:
This week I finished the UK version of Kitchen Nightmares and started two other shows. I started Hell’s Kitchen from season 1. I have never watched the show before season 10. Honestly, I don’t know how we watched TV back then with such little quality. You can barely see peoples faces!
I usually watch shows while writing posts or doing other blog related work. I’m watching Hell’s Kitchen as I watch this. I feel like having 2 things to do at once keeps me more focused.
I also started Holiday Baking Championship on MAX as they finally added it on there. I watched about 5 episodes before MAX stopped working for me. I swear, these apps work for everyone but me.
