Hello readers! How is everyone doing? October is just around the corner and it’s time for the last Stacking the Shelves of the month.

This story follows a man named Shane who is a witch looking to join a coven. Instead, he accidentally joins a sex cult who summon a succubus named Elle.

I received Maneater as an arc this month and immediately read it. It’s one of those very sgort and spicy books. I LOVED that this author writes plus size/curvy women and then makes the man the one nervous about their looks.

The book comes out on Kindle and Kindle Unlimited on the 10th of October, but is now available in paperback.

King of Bastards comes out on the 13th and I’m hoping to start it today. It is enemies to lovers, spicy, and even a NB character.

She finally put a picture of the book on Goodreads! The author sent me a signed copy of this one with a PR box. The photo is on my IG and the video is on Tik Tok, if you are interested in seeing everything I got with it. This book is also by a black auhor!

This one follows a group of people who have to assassinate a person each to get into this academic institution called Hollyhock.

I grabbed this one because an author I’m mutuals with mentioned it. I am mutuals with more authors than I even realized.

I really want to read Slash or Pass by Tylor Paige and just grabbed this one because I recognized the author’s name.

I was so excited to see a black author on the list and had to get it. I am very immersed in the indie book space at this point, but I don’t know if a lot of POC indie authors.

I had to jump at the opportunity to get these books once I saw them available. I read Bound by Honey by Jamie Dalton first, then read Bound by Treason, which is shown above.

I’m excited to try the rest of the series. They are all cozy fantasies, set in the same world, spice-free romances, around 250 pages each, and all by different authors. They are also all available on KU, if your intersested in them. They are also fairly cheap on Kindle, so I’m going to have to buy the rest very soon.

I got this one because this author is quite popular in the romance space and why not grab her free book to try!

I got this one simply because I am mutuals with this author. If I see an author that I’m following mention their book, I’m going to buy it or add it to my KU TBR.

I grabbed this one because it is Christmas themed. I love Christmas-y books and I haven’t read one yet with Krampus specifically. I also have this author on my KU TBR for another book that I don’t think is out yet. Her book Body Count either came out recently or comes out very soon.

Well, I got an email from this author the other day from the sign up and there was a link to get a free book from her, so I did it. I’m going to keep her newsletter on my email until I decide whether I like her books or not.
